For all those in the SLC area and for those who are interested I am planning on teaching a self defense class on Saturday Nov 8th, 15th, and 23rd fro 9-11. (the time will change on the 15th due to the super saturday. )I am hoping to have between 4-10 people. If you are interested drop me an email or a comment or something and I can give you details. Hey Christy, let me know if you need help! I have a set of pads, and M is certified now too!
We won't make it to the November class. But I have 6 or 7 women at work that would love to take this class. Will you let me know when you do it next time?

BYU simulations begin next Tuesday, and then the following Tuesday. You should try to to show up to one (or both) of them!! It would be great to see you.
